ERGO STYLING TOOLS WARRANTY POLICY

At ERGO Styling Tools, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our products and stand behind their quality. Each ERGO Styling Tool is meticulously handcrafted and guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Please review the warranty details below for each product category, including claim procedures and service instructions.

 


 

GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS

  • The warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.

  • The warranty will be void if the product:

    • Was purchased outside of North America.

    • Was purchased from an unauthorized seller (e.g., unauthorized salons, third-party resellers, or online retailers not approved by ERGO).

    • Has been damaged due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or negligence.

  • Non-Transferability Clause: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Any resale or transfer of ownership voids the warranty coverage.

  • ERGO is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from improper use.

  • ERGO’s liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.

  • ERGO reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. The terms of the warranty policy in effect at the time of purchase shall apply.

 


 

BRUSH WARRANTY

Each ERGO Brush is unconditionally guaranteed for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Void If:

  • Purchased outside of North America.

  • Purchased from an unauthorized seller (e.g., unauthorized salons, third-party resellers, or unauthorized online retailers).

  • Purchased outside the one (1) year warranty period.

To Obtain Warranty Service:

  1. Email info@ergostylingtools.com with your warranty request.

  2. Provide images of your brush(es), showing the issue experienced, the brush size atop the barrel, and a brief description of your experience.

  3. Provide proof of purchase (sales receipt or order number).

Warranty Fee & Payment Process:

  • There is a $5 warranty fee per brush replacement.

  • Once your warranty claim is reviewed and approved, an invoice for the fee will be sent to your email.

  • Payment can be made via a secure link included in the invoice.

  • Upon completion of the claim and payment, your replacement brush will be issued.

  • You will receive a new order confirmation number and tracking information upon fulfillment.

All brush warranty replacements will be covered by a new one (1) year warranty from the date of issued replacement.

 


 

BLOW DRYER WARRANTY

All ERGO blow dryers come with a one (1) year warranty, providing free servicing and repairs for defects in materials or workmanship with proof of purchase. After the warranty expires, we offer a reconditioning service for $55($69 HI, AK & Canada), which includes a full inspection, necessary part replacements, thorough cleaning, performance testing, and return shipping. Customers must follow the provided shipping and payment instructions to ensure continued performance of their ERGO dryer and timely servicing.

Warranty Void If:

  • Purchased outside of North America.

  • Purchased from an unauthorized seller (e.g., unauthorized salons, third-party resellers, or unauthorized online retailers).

To Obtain Warranty Service:

  1. Include your name, email, phone number and return shipping address with your blow dryer.

  2. Include a detailed description of what you have experienced with your dryer to better help our technicians. 

  3. Ship the dryer to:

  4. Use a trackable and insured shipping method.

Warranty Eligibility:

  • Include proof of purchase (sales receipt) for warranty coverage.

Reconditioning Includes:

  • Full inspection and replacement of failed parts.

  • Reassembly and performance testing.

  • Cosmetic cleaning of styling product build-up.

  • Return shipping via UPS.

  • Additional costs may incur for additional parts such as a broken housing or internal damage resulting from a drop

Post-Warranty Service and Reconditioning:

ERGO offers a reconditioning service after the 1-year warranty expires, to help extend the dryer’s life and minimize landfill waste.

  • Reconditioning Cost:

    • $55.00 (Continental U.S.)

    • $69.00 (Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada)

    • Price subject to change without notice.

  • Reconditioning Includes:

    • Full inspection and replacement of failed parts.

    • Reassembly and performance testing.

    • Cosmetic cleaning of styling product build-up.

    • Return shipping via UPS.

    • Additional costs may incur for additional parts such as a broken housing or internal damage resulting from a drop

  • Service Instructions:

    • Include a note explaining the issue.

    • Send your dryer, along with a check for the service fee (payable to Turbo Power Inc.), to:

You will normally receive your repaired dryer (completely serviced and cleaned) up to 6 weeks from when TURBO POWER INC. receives your dryer and payment for repair. If ever in doubt about how to proceed, please call TURBO POWER directly at 718-961-0767.

IRON WARRANTY

Each ERGO Iron is covered by a one (1) year unconditional warranty, including accidental drops.

Precautionary Advice:

  • Always test your iron on a towel before first use.

  • The warranty does not apply in countries with voltages other than 110V-120V (60Hz).

Warranty Void If:

  • Purchased outside of North America.

  • Purchased from an unauthorized seller (e.g., unauthorized salons, third-party resellers, or unauthorized online retailers).

  • Purchased outside the one (1) year warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Warranty does not cover irons with burnt cords, visible non-accidental damage, or those serviced by unauthorized technicians.

  • ERGO is not liable for consequential damages related to improper use.

  • ERGO’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the iron.

To Obtain Warranty Service:

  1. Email info@ergostylingtools.com with your warranty request.

  2. Provide images of your iron(s), showing the issue experienced, the iron serial number located below the temperature dial, and a brief description of your experience.

  3. Provide proof of purchase (sales receipt or order number).

Warranty Fee & Payment Process:

  • There is a $20 warranty fee per iron replacement.

  • Once your warranty claim is reviewed and approved, an invoice for the fee will be sent to your email.

  • Payment can be made via a secure link included in the invoice.

  • Upon completion of the claim and payment, your replacement brush will be issued.

  • You will receive a new order confirmation number and tracking information upon fulfillment.

All iron warranty replacements will be covered by a new one (1) year warranty from the date of issued replacement.

 


 

SHIPPING POLICY FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending products Turbo Power Inc.

  • ERGO is not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.

  • Customers must use a trackable and insured shipping method to avoid complications.

 


 

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from this warranty policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California, and customers agree to waive their right to file class action lawsuits against ERGO Styling Tools.
